We are seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce parts according to drawings and specifications
- Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy
- Monitor machine operation, including feed rate, speed, and coolant flow, to ensure efficient production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation
- Work with team members to ensure production goals are met within designated timeframes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in machining preferred
- Proven experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided for out-of-town employees.
Working Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
