Part-Time Manager (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Manager to oversee our operations in Dubai on a part-time basis. As our ideal candidate, you will have previous experience in management and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for scheduling and supervising staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the smooth running of our business.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Train and supervise employees to ensure high-quality service is provided to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including cash handling, customer complaints, and employee performance
- Collaborate with other managers to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving overall operations

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred due to language requirements
- Previous experience in a management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: AED 1100/month (part-time)
