Phlebotomist

We are currently seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing and collecting blood samples from patients for various medical tests and procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and prepare patients for blood drawing procedures
- Verify patient information and ensure accurate labeling of specimens
- Use sterile techniques to draw blood from patients, ensuring minimal discomfort
- Properly store and transport collected samples to the laboratory for testing
- Monitor patient reactions during and after the procedure, taking appropriate action if necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all samples collected and procedures performed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in phlebotomy preferred
- Proven experience as a Phlebotomist or similar role
- Ability to use various blood drawing techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with accommodation. This position is open to Malayalees who are fluent in English.
