Indian Administrative Manager in Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative staff, and ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place.
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with prior experience in a managerial role
- Proven experience in office administration and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office
- Manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for upper management
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
