Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office complexes, shopping centers, hotels, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed according to the design plans
- Monitor progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing as planned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
