Factory Machine Operator


A manufacturing company in Eldoret is seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery used in the production process. This is a full-time position that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to company standards
- Inspect machines for any malfunctions or issues and report them to the maintenance team
- Monitor the production process and adjust machine settings as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are running efficiently
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Keep accurate records of production data such as quantity, type of product, and maintenance performed
- Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Factory Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Good understanding of machine operation and troubleshooting techniques
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours. No accommodation will be provided.
