Handyman - Maintenance Technician


We are a reputable property management company seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman - Maintenance Technician to join our team in Shan, India. As our ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in general maintenance and repair work, with experience in property management preferred. You must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently to ensure the proper functioning of our properties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any issues or potential problems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and address their concerns in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work completed
- Communicate effectively with property managers, tenants, and contractors
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while working on properties

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in general maintenance work
- Experience in property management or related field is an asset
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting techniques
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment necessary for maintenance work
- Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month along with free visa sponsorship and airfare. This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday.
