Job Title: Sales Manager (Part-Time)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Funchal on a part-time basis. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships with clients in the city. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Create sales reports and analyze data to track progress
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Attend networking events and conferences to promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work legally in Funchal
