We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Braga, Portugal. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects from initiation to completion. Your role will include developing project plans, coordinating resources, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure that all projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time within budget
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Ability to speak Portuguese fluently

Salary: $1100/month
