Concierge Assistant in Faro, Portugal


We are seeking a friendly and proactive Concierge Assistant to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its facilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events to enhance guests' experience
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Handle any complaints or issues from guests in a professional manner
- Assist in monitoring the hotel's online presence by responding to reviews and comments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism degree is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Portugal
