Architectural Technologist - Almada, Portugal


We are currently hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Almada, Portugal. In this role, you will use your technical and design skills to assist in the production of architectural drawings, plans and specifications for a variety of residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and technical solutions
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans and specifications using CAD software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for the design process
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and standards
- Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling and coordination with contractors
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and other team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
