You will also be responsible for managing and training our kitchen staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. You must have excellent knowledge of international cuisine and be able to create innovative dishes while also adhering to traditional methods. A degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred.
We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, and has strong leadership skills. You must have the ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards during busy periods. As this role involves managing a team, excellent communication skills are essential.
