Plumber (Contract)

We are currently in need of a skilled Plumber to join our team on a contract basis. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. This role requires experience in the plumbing industry and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Identify issues and provide solutions for plumbing problems
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and standards
- Keep accurate records of work performed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber in residential or commercial settings
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy equipment
