Hotel Sales Manager - Odense, Denmark
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Odense, Denmark. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and managing a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them
- Build strong relationships with clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
- Manage a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support
- Create sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- Knowledge of market trends and competition within the hospitality industry
- Ability to travel for business as needed
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
