Back-End Developer


We are in search of a highly skilled Back-End Developer to join our team in Porto. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side applications that power our web and mobile platforms. Your main focus will be on creating high-quality, efficient, and scalable code to support our growing user base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop server-side applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimize code for maximum performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Java, Python, or Ruby
- Experience working with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)

Location: Porto (Portugal)

Contract Type: Full-time
