Architectural Designer


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in La-Condamine. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans and drawings for various construction projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that our designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design requirements, budget, and timeline
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research and analyze building codes, regulations, and zoning laws to ensure compliance with project designs
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility of the design
- Make necessary changes to designs based on feedback from clients or project constraints
- Present design proposals to clients and obtain approval before finalizing plans
- Monitor project progress and provide guidance to construction teams during the building process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience working as an Architectural Designer in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Fluent in English (French proficiency is a plus)
