Online Consultant for our Greenland Office

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance to clients through various online platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promote our company's services and products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through online channels (emails, live chat, social media)
- Promoting company products and services to potential clients
- Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assisting customers with placing orders, payment processes, and product inquiries
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Collaborating with other team members to improve customer experience and service quality

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using various online communication tools (live chat, email, social media)
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Fluency in English is a must; additional language skills are a plus

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month. Additional benefits such as accommodation may be provided depending on the candidate's qualifications.

Location:
This position is based in our office in Greenland. However, due to the nature of the role being primarily online, remote work may also be possible.
