Senior Architect


As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of architectural projects in Remish. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will involve leading a team of architects and designers, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget
- Develop innovative design solutions that meet client requirements
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Supervise a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and feedback as needed
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure project plans are accurate and feasible
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines are met and budgets are adhered to
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction work and address any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations
- Mentor junior staff members to help develop their skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) as well as other design software (SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, contractors, engineers, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Leadership skills to effectively lead a team of architects and designers

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
