Senior Architect - Remish, India


We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Remish, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet all safety and quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion for various projects
- Review project plans for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with building codes
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance when needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with plans and specifications
- Prepare budget estimates for projects and monitor expenses throughout the project timeline
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and building techniques
