Office Manager - Vilnius, Lithuania
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of our company's office in Vilnius. Your main duties will include managing office supplies and equipment, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records and databases, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of administrative staff and ensuring their productivity and efficiency. This role is suitable for male candidates who are fluent in Malayalam and have experience in office management. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for non-Lithuanian nationals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative functions of the Vilnius office
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering new supplies as needed
- Schedule meetings and events, including coordinating with external vendors if necessary
- Maintain accurate records and databases for easy access by other departments
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Manage a team of administrative staff, ensuring their productivity and efficiency
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise within the office
- Assist with budgeting and cost control measures
- Implement policies and procedures to improve overall office operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well under pressure

- Strong leadership abilities
Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
