We are seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in Akron. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our outdoor spaces by planting, pruning, and caring for a variety of plants and flowers. This is a contract position that does not require previous experience or accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, and fertilizing flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Pruning and trimming plants to maintain their health and appearance
- Identifying and treating plant diseases or pests
- Maintaining garden tools and equipment
- Removing weeds and debris from gardens
- Designing and implementing new landscaping projects
- Providing recommendations for improving garden maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping (preferred)
- Knowledge of plant care, pest control, and landscaping techniques
- Ability to operate gardening equipment including mowers, trimmers, and hand tools
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
