We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Gujrat. As a part-time manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff and maintaining inventory
- Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service are maintained at all times
- Train and develop new staff members
- Create schedules for employees to ensure proper coverage during peak business hours
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
- Address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
