Part-Time Architectural Technologist in Porto, Portugal


We are seeking a passionate and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Porto. As a part-time member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain valuable experience in the field of architecture. This position is ideal for someone without prior experience, as we offer comprehensive training and support. Additionally, we provide accommodation and can assist with obtaining a work visa if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of architectural drawings and plans
- Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations
- Collaborate with architects and engineers on project design
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals
- Review construction documents for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed technical drawings

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this part-time position.
