We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Porto. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects in the design and construction of buildings and structures. You will use your technical skills and knowledge to create detailed drawings and plans, as well as oversee the implementation of these designs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building designs
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and plans
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Communicate with contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Review contractor bids and make recommendations for selection
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and materials in the architectural industry
- Assist in project management tasks, such as budgeting and scheduling

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we also provide a free visa and ticket for all candidates.

This position is based in Porto, one of the most vibrant cities in Portugal known for its beautiful architecture, rich culture, and delicious cuisine. Our office is conveniently located near public transportation options.
