Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Aalborg. As a leading construction company, we are looking for a dedicated and driven individual who can oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of construction projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of the construction process from planning to completion
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other personnel involved in the project
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budget plans, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documents
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
and delivering them on time and within budget
- Experience with project management software
- Strong leadership skills

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month with opportunities for growth within the company. This is a contract position without accommodation provided.
