We are seeking a highly efficient and skilled Administrator for immediate employment in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, managing administrative tasks and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.
- Oversee office equipment maintenance and supplies inventory.

Requirements:
