Filipino Interpreter

We are in need of a skilled Filipino interpreter to join our team in Acre. As an interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between clients and non-English speaking individuals. You will be required to accurately interpret spoken conversations and written documents in both English and Filipino. This role requires strong language proficiency, cultural sensitivity, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience as an interpreter is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret spoken conversations between English and Filipino speakers
- Translate written documents from English to Filipino and vice versa
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in all interpretations
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information
- Facilitate effective communication between parties with different cultural backgrounds
- Provide cultural insights if needed to aid understanding
- Attend meetings or events as an interpreter when necessary

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Filipino languages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Proven experience as an interpreter or translator (preferred)
- Knowledge of cultural differences and ability to adapt accordingly
- Excellent listening skills and ability to think quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
