A popular cafe in Multan is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our dynamic team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee drinks while providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and has a friendly and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks according to our standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Proactively suggest menu items to customers based on their preferences or current promotions
- Continuously strive to improve drink-making techniques to ensure consistency in taste and presentation

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Passion for coffee with knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
