Job Title: Junior Barista



As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also assist with preparing food items, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position located in Multan.

Requirements:
- No previous experience required
- Must have a passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Multan

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Assist with food preparation, including sandwiches, pastries, and other items on the menu
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, including tables, counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Educate customers about our menu offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Follow all food safety guidelines while handling food products
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies
