Guest Services Concierge


As a Guest Services Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests in a luxury hotel setting. Your main duties will include assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, making reservations for dining and activities, and providing recommendations and information about local attractions and events. You will also be responsible for handling guest complaints and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary of 1300$ per month.
