Concierge Supervisor


As a Concierge Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the concierge department in a high-end hotel located in Khanpur. You will ensure that the guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of concierge staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby, entrance, and other public areas
- Manage guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to assist guests with their inquiries
- Handle VIP guests' special requests and ensure they receive personalized attention
- Create schedules for concierge staff and ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Oversee inventory control for all concierge-related items such as maps, brochures, etc.
- Conduct performance evaluations for concierge staff and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concierge Supervisor or similar role in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of Khanpur's local attractions, events, and services
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with accommodation in Khanpur.
