We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Concierge to join our team in Porto. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests staying at our establishment. Your main duty will be to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by offering recommendations for local activities, making reservations, and addressing any requests or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make recommendations for activities, restaurants, and events based on guests' preferences
- Handle reservation requests for dining, transportation, shows, and other activities
- Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with current events, attractions, and special offers in the area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of the local area and popular tourist destinations
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Professional appearance with a friendly demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

Salary:
$1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
