Apprentice Locksmith



As an Apprentice Locksmith, you will be responsible for assisting experienced locksmiths in the installation, repair, and maintenance of locks and security systems. You will learn various techniques for picking locks, creating duplicate keys, and installing security systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career as a locksmith and is looking to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced locksmiths in the installation, repair, and maintenance of locks and security systems
- Learn how to pick locks, create duplicate keys, and install security systems
- Observe safety protocols while handling tools and equipment
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Complete administrative tasks such as maintaining records and filling out work orders

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong interest in pursuing a career as a locksmith
- Ability to work with hands and use various tools efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with clients professionally
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, lifting heavy objects, etc.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- No prior experience required; training will be provided on the job

Location:
This position is located in Almada. As an apprentice locksmith, you may be required to travel to different locations within the city or even outside of it depending on client needs.
