Job Title: Administrative Assistant in Horsens, Denmark

As an Administrative Assistant in Horsens, Denmark, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your role will involve managing office supplies, organizing meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. You will also assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Organize meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing materials, and arranging logistics
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain electronic and physical records
- Prepare reports and presentations as directed by management
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, etc.
- Assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1800$ per month (plus accommodation)
Location: Horsens, Denmark
