Handyman for Residential Property Maintenance


As a Handyman for Residential Property Maintenance in Jizan, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our residential properties. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who do not require English proficiency and are looking for a job with accommodation and their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry to keep residential properties in top condition
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and resolve any issues promptly
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary materials for maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing maintenance duties
- Coordinate with external contractors when necessary for major repairs or installations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
