Our growing insurance company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adjuster to join our team in Zagreb. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims related to property damage or loss. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims, including reviewing policy information, inspecting damaged property, and interviewing involved parties
- Utilize knowledge of insurance policies and regulations to determine coverage and liability for each claim
- Analyze documentation and evidence to accurately assess the extent of damages or losses
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities and communicate updates to relevant parties
- Collaborate with other team members to identify potential fraud or other suspicious activities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to adjusting claims

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; additional knowledge of Croatian is preferred but not required
- Proven experience as an Adjuster or similar role within the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and regulations
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time-sensitive tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting information
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
