Claims Adjuster - Property and Casualty


We are a well-established insurance company based in Zagreb, seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating property and casualty claims to determine coverage, liability, and the extent of damages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of property and casualty claims
- Analyze policy coverage to determine applicable limits and deductibles
- Gather evidence and conduct interviews with involved parties
- Evaluate damages and negotiate fair settlements with claimants
- Maintain accurate claim records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other insurance professionals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Adjuster
- Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a high caseload
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month, along with accommodation for non-local candidates. This is a full-time position with standard working hours. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Croatia.
