Preservation Architect - Balzers


We are seeking a talented Preservation Architect to join our team in Balzers. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures, ensuring their longevity and cultural significance. You will work closely with clients, historians, and other professionals to develop preservation plans and oversee the execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and experience in historic preservation. This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and historic preservation
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and historic preservation guidelines
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a passion for preserving historical structures

This job is suitable for men who are passionate about preserving history and have the required experience. Malayalees are preferred but not required.
