Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our employees. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office operations and procedures, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
- Manage the reception area and greet visitors
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Generate reports, memos, and other documents as needed
- Assist with recruitment by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth office operations
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Provide support to employees by resolving administrative issues or concerns
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment
