Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient designs that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the design meets all technical requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop industrial building designs according to client requirements and budget limitations
- Create detailed blueprints, 3D models, and construction drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure the design meets all technical specifications and regulations
- Conduct site visits to assess existing buildings and gather information for new projects
- Research building materials, construction methods, and equipment to determine the most suitable options for each project
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Ensure that all designs comply with safety standards, building codes, and zoning regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Familiarity with construction processes and materials used in industrial buildings
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Beer-Sheva (preference for candidates already located in or willing to relocate)

Employment Type: Contract (with potential for full-time employment)

Nationality/Location Preference: Indian candidates preferred; English-speaking candidates from all nationalities are welcome.
