Contract Finisher in Kaunas, Lithuania

We are a leading manufacturing company in Kaunas seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for finishing various products to meet customer specifications. You must have experience in sanding, staining, and varnishing wood and other materials. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for international candidates. The salary for this role is $1400 per month.

As a Finisher, you will be working closely with our production team to ensure that all products are finished to the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions will be crucial in helping us meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Sand, stain, and varnish various products according to customer specifications
- Ensure high-quality finishes on all products
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate any issues or concerns with the production team

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Proficient in sanding, staining, and varnishing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others
