We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Akron, USA. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our network
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software systems
- Monitor system performance to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions as needed
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for improvements to our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or similar position
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, hardware installation, software development, database management systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1700 per month
