We are a busy coffee shop located in the heart of Akron, seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee and other beverages for our customers while providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Barista
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner
- Educate customers on our menu offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Assist with restocking supplies, inventory management, and order placement as needed
