Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the exact locations and measurements of boundaries, buildings, and other features on the Earth's surface. You will use specialized equipment such as GPS systems and total stations to collect data and create detailed maps and reports.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to gather data on land features, boundaries, and structures
- Use specialized equipment to measure angles, distances, elevations, and contours
- Analyze data and prepare detailed maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveyed areas
- Work with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to ensure accurate placement of structures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, techniques, and equipment
- Ability to use specialized software such as AutoCAD and GIS systems
- Excellent mathematical skills with attention to detail
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license

Salary: 1700$ per month
