Moderator for Online Community (Part-Time)


We are hiring a part-time Moderator to join our online community in Randers, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the community forums by enforcing community guidelines, addressing user concerns, and fostering a positive and engaging environment. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals without experience to gain valuable skills in community management and communication.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all user-generated content within the community forums
- Enforce community guidelines and address any violations or concerns from users
- Engage with members through comments, posts, and private messages to encourage participation and resolve issues
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for improving the community experience
- Assist with setting up events or promotions to engage members and grow the community

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in both Danish and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions based on community guidelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts in a professional manner
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, or customer service is a plus
