Crane Operator in Nairobi, Kenya

Are you an experienced Crane Operator looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! Our company is currently seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes on construction sites or in industrial settings.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Read and interpret load charts to determine safe lifting capacities
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating the crane
- Communicate with ground crew and signalers to ensure safe movement of loads
- Keep accurate records of crane operation and maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the crane during operation

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Crane Operator
- Valid certification or license to operate cranes
- Knowledge of safe lifting practices and load calculations
- Ability to read blueprints and understand load charts
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. The working hours may vary depending on the project needs. We are also open to hiring part-time crane operators who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.

This job is suitable for men who are physically fit and have experience operating cranes. Please note that accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must be able to arrange their own housing in Nairobi. However, we do offer visa sponsorship for non-Kenyan applicants.
