Restaurant Manager
We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Mombasa. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the restaurant industry and possess excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations including food and beverage quality, staff management, inventory control, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise staff on company policies, procedures, and job duties
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Develop new strategies to increase revenue and improve overall efficiency
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones
- Monitor expenses and make necessary adjustments to meet budget goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations including food preparation, service standards, health codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on providing high-quality service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English (Swahili is an added advantage)
- Must be able to legally work in Mombasa
