A welding company in Chelyabinsk is seeking a skilled and experienced welder to join our team. As a welder, you will be responsible for performing a variety of welding tasks, including MIG and TIG welding, reading blueprints, and operating welding equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a welder, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various welding tasks using MIG and TIG techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the welding process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a welder
- Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and understand welding specifications
- Familiarity with various types of welding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional technical training or certifications in welding preferred.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month. Salary may be negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Location:
This position is located in Chelyabinsk, Russia. Please note that this job is open to both native Russian speakers as well as English-speaking foreigners.

Type:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday-Friday.
