Concierge Specialist

As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to guests at our luxury hotel in Kathmandu. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will assist them with any inquiries, reservations, or requests they may have during their stay. Your main duties will include greeting and checking in guests, making reservations for dining and activities, arranging transportation, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is also desirable.

This is a contract position that does not include accommodation. Therefore, we are seeking candidates who already have their own visa and are able to work legally in Kathmandu. This position is open to recent graduates looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.
