We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests and residents of our luxury property. This is a contract position that offers competitive pay of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents in a warm and welcoming manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and transportation options
- Arrange reservations for dining, events, or transportation as requested by guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of all hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle special requests or arrangements for guests such as room decorations or birthday celebrations
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
